HOMESTAY

Queenstown or Invercargill

 

Living with New Zealand families gives students the opportunity of experiencing our way of life. Homestays provide dinner, bed, and breakfast Monday through Sunday, plus lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. During school holidays the same food schedule is provided. The homestay families are a 30-min bus ride from school.

Hostels, motels, hotels and backpackers

Rent a bedroom or a flat

 

You can also rent a bedroom or a flat. If you do, we recommend that you check your rights and obligations on the Tenancy.govt website. 

​

If you have a problem with your tenant or owner, you can use Tenancy services to solve any dispute.

​

SLEC Student Residence

 

SLEC has two rental properties in the centre of Queenstown. They are fully furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable once you arrive. In these properties there are dryers, washers, internet and all of the necessities to make it feel like home.
