SLEC Queenstown and Invercargill campuses are operating regularly since Monday 13 September 2021.

This applies for Full-time, Part-time and Evening Face to Face Classes.

All Classes are operating under Covid Level 2 requirements. The wearing of Face Masks in classes are mandatory.

Please refer to our School App or contact us if you have any queries.

At Delta Alert Level 2, there are important rules that we will all need to follow to keep each other safe.

  • Staff and students are requested to bring their own face covering or mask when they return to campus for on-site activities

  • Any front of house / public facing staff must wear face coverings when dealing with customers.

  • All staff, students and visitors to SLEC are required to scan in using the official NZ COVID Tracer QR code posters that have been placed around the campus buildings. You can also provide details to enable contact tracing on the log sheets placed around campus.

  • Hand sanitiser will be placed around campus and in classrooms for your convenience. Please use these regularly.

  • There will be cleaning products placed in all classrooms. Feel free to use these products to clean hard surfaces before or after use, if needed.

  • Practice good hygiene like regularly washing of your hands. If you are feeling sick, please do not come onto campus and follow the Ministry of Health guidelines
