The fees of students studying for longer than 50 hours are paid into a Fee Protect Public Trust account and payments are made to Southern Lakes English College over the period of your course. This trust account will ensure you receive a refund on student fees (or the remainder of them) if Southern Lakes English College is unable to complete your course due to closure, insolvency, course withdrawal, etc. When you start your course, Southern Lakes English College will ask you to sign a Public Trust student application form and then your trust account will be opened and the College will start to be paid your fees.
